I was born in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais - Brazil, in 1960. I'm neither a photographer, an author, an artist, cook, musician or poet, but I gravitate towards all of these instruments. By fate or luck, I migrated to NYC, where I've resided for 33 years, and yes, I got tired of the cold and moved to the desert, Arizona to be precise. I'm guessing that I like extremes.
 I've worked in the Restaurant industry, from dishwasher to chef's assistant, from busboy to waiter and as part of my life learning experiences, I also ventured into amateur photography, golf, table tennis, tennis and jazz drum playing.. I'm now a retired Real Estate agent, and that's what supported my lifestyle, my family and everything else that made me motivated to get up and go to work every day, just like everyone of you. What I see in the camera is not what I see as the final image, it's only a possibility of change, an unique opportunity of distortion of reality or a window to put out my inner takes on life, which at times I think that it 's so cruel, so real, so raw; that, it needs my input as an antidote to it's craziness, and to keep my harmony and my anxiety in check, in a close to a perfect order as possible.
