Salad Dreassing

Tuta's Salad dreassing ...

Parsley (one bunch)
Basil, (One bunch)
7 cloves chopped garlic (like grits,or broken rice).
olive oil,
balsamic vinnegar
salt
pepper
tomatoes (plumm)
Sweet and low (1)

1 bottle of French red wine.

Chop the basil, when the pieces are small (like the size of a rice grain)
put it in a piece of cloth and twist it to squeeze the juice out.
Do the same with the parley ..
Ok, how much basil or how much parsley right?
Let's do it for 5 people...
Take the basil and wash it really well, separate the stem from the leaves.
We just want the leaves.
Imagine 2 hands full, like if you would be holding water in your hands.
That's it, or even a little more, it does not matter.

Garlic, hummmm, a lot, like the cup of your hand. (chopped please, remember, the size of a grain of rice or smaller, it's good).

In a Bowl ...
Add the Tomatoes, I like the plumm type,
(I carve the green part out), quarter it, yep, cut it in four, squeeze it gently inside of the bow, to separate the seeds, add my squeezed out basil, my parsley, remember folks, they're all mine at this point, and add the garlic, take a sip of the wine, add a 1/2 a cup of balsamic vinegar, another sip.

Pause.
Let the aromas fill up your nostrals, add 1 cup of olive oil, salt, black pepper, and  mix it with your hands.
I mix it, like if it was a mud pitt, taste it (with a spoon) and add that little pink bag of sweetner, that does the trick, if the vinnegar is not that great....
It should be sweet, tangy, tasty, delicious....

God for you also...
I'll never put this recipe out again, this dressing is good for everything, meat, fish, salad, cold, flu, lamb (but for lamb add a little mint, 1 hand full), hypertension and to find a husband, if you need one.....

But better for use with mozzarela and tomatoes.
You can call it Tuta's dressing...

Variation:

4 Bell peppers, red and yellow only....
1/4 cup of pitted gaeta or greek olives, Alfonso will also due. (black and fresh please, nothing from cans).

Roast the peppers in your grill, (Ok on the stove top, but it can get durty and messy).
After they are black, run cold water over it, clean the black charcoald skin and take the seeds out from from inside
Clean it nice and drain the excessive water.

Add all the same ingredients except the tomatoes.
Add the olives (no pits please).
Use it on the botton of the mozzarella cheese.
It's delicious, or just have it with bread if you like..

Salsinha
tomates
sal
pimenta do reino

Esperimente, e me falem do resultado viu.
